Hello, My name is Emma Wenham. I am 26 years old and I live in a small village on the outskirts of Melton Mowbray in Leicester.
I started doing photography when I was a child, I started by taking photographs of birds in my grandads garden using his camera, after a while that enjoyment of the birds became a hobby and I started to photograph landscapes and my pets instead. After finishing school I decided to take my hobby to the next level and to make a career out of it, I went to study art and design and then a 2 year photography course at Leicester college which i came out with a 2 Distinctions and a Merit.
Once finishing college I became a photographer for a large company called PixiFoto which was situated in most mothercare stores. This was the begining of my children and family portrait photographer journey. After being there for 2 years I decided to leave and make it on my own, using the knowledge they had given me I was able to put that into my work, purchase my own equiptment and start being my own boss.
I became self employed in April 2015 and it was the best choice I ever made! I have loved meeting new people and making friends along the way. The children have all been amazing no matter the age. They have made me love my job because each child is different and I love the personalities that I meet.
I consider myself friendly and approachable, I always put my clients needs and preferences first, but most of all safety!. I love when my clients tell me ideas of what they want and always use my own style to make it unique. I will always be the best I can be and will never leave a client unsatisfied. I will ensure that I always get a smile from all the family and make sure you have all had the best time possible.
I started photographing weddings March 2016 and have loved every single wedding I have done so far! All 40 of them!! I love meeting new couples and capturing all the magic throughout the day.
If you have any questions at all please feel free to send me a message or call me on 07947700021 and I will be more than happy to answer.
